About The Position

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. The Processing Associate role involves learning safety and quality procedures, building skills related to processing, drying, shredding, and operating equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Learn our safety and quality procedures
Build a variety of skills related to processing, drying, shredding and operating equipment safely and efficiently
Work safely and help to maintain a safe work environment
Accurately record weights of material going into and out of dryer and shredder
Complete other duties as assigned as required by the needs of the business
Maintain yard housekeeping standards
