As a Process Technician, you will keep PPAP-approved injection molding processes running consistently on the production floor, using current systems and disciplined process control to protect quality, cycle time, and scrap targets. You’ll work onsite in Calhoun, GA on D-Shift (12-hour nights on a 3-day/4-day rotation). The shift begins with a quick handoff on current runs and priorities, then you settle into reviewing process documentation and floor status. Throughout the night, you move between presses and support areas to verify stable conditions, document checks in the required systems, and coordinate with Quality and the shift team when trends appear. When an issue surfaces, you’ll pause to assess what changed, communicate updates clearly, and keep records aligned for the next shift’s handoff. The night closes with organized documentation and a clean transition to the incoming team.
