We are looking for a Process Technician to join our Manufacturing team located in Chesterfield, MI.

Requirements

High School diploma required
3 years experience with injection molding
2 shot molding experience
Computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions
Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, climb, etc for 8 hours or more.

Responsibilities

Operate Injection Molding Machines – Arburg, Toshiba, Engel
Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and operate thermolaters, Hot Runner systems, Material dryers, monitoring systems, End of arm Tooling, bagging machine and grinders.
Operate and program sprue pickers and multi – axis robots
Troubleshoot all equipment and perform maintenance requests with pertinent information and identify root causes for quality issues.
Perform a process transfer to match original Master Process – matching fill rates, gate freeze, cooling and cycle times, etc with a repeatable process.
Create labels and generate appropriate workorders.
Perform workorder changes
