About The Position

GoFi is an AI-centric, licensed auto finance company built for a digital-first world. GoFi powers solutions ranging from traditional turn-down finance arrangements to fully integrated co-branded finance and digital retail partnerships. GoFi is based in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a Process Specialist to assist in process optimization efforts within GoFi's auto loan origination team. This role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, eliminating waste, creating and refining controls, and developing best-in-class processes that deliver repeatable and predictable results. The candidate will apply the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to improve processes, work closely with other Lines of Business (LOBs) within the DriveTime family of companies, and ensure that processes are scalable and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Financial Services experience
  • Understanding of process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Miro, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, uncover inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions.
  • SQL query and Data Analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and collaborate with teams in other LOBs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create working relationships with external vendors, build rapport, and execute projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Process Management or Business Process Management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze reporting to identify automation opportunities and improve automation execution
  • Develop and implement solutions that streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, automate data driven repeatable steps, and produce predictable and consistent results.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for process improvements that enhance both efficiency, waste reduction, and predictability.
  • Present options and outcomes to leadership, highlighting the impact on efficiency, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement new processes to meet evolving business needs, ensuring that they are repeatable and predictable.
  • Prepare process documentation, training materials, and SOP development for successful rollout of new processes.
  • Escalate automation opportunities to Tech, including AI implementation
  • Understand process intent and evaluating execution matches intent
  • Communicate process updates and directives to production staff and Change Ambassadors
