The Business Process Analyst - Process Automation ensures automation solutions are built on a deep understanding of the current business process and clearly defined delivery scope as defined by the Product Manager and stakeholders. By documenting how work is performed today; translating business intent into build-ready requirements; and supporting development, testing, and implementation, the BPA serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Process Automation team. Work Environment Nelnet believes in a hybrid work environment that accommodates both in-office and remote work. This model promotes a positive work-life balance and culture, enabling in-person collaboration when possible while also providing benefits associated with remote work. The standard hybrid work schedule includes 24 hours of in-office work each week, for associates that reside within 30 miles of an office. Current offices are located in Centennial, CO, Lincoln, NE, Madison, WI, Brownsville, TX, and Boise, ID. This is subject to change, based on manager discretion. Note: Current Nelnet Associates working in a remote capacity WILL be considered for this role. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a 6C Federal security clearance are required for this position.
