About The Position
ProVest LLC is seeking experienced and reliable Process Servers to join our growing network in Idaho. We provide civil process services for law firms, financial institutions, and other legal clients throughout the state. ProVest LLC is one of the nation’s leading legal support service firms, celebrating over 30 years of excellence. We provide comprehensive legal and process service solutions to many of the country’s most respected law firms and financial institutions. Our mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant service while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are currently seeking process servers who can provide reliable coverage in the following Idaho areas: Boise / Ada County, Meridian / Nampa – Ada and Canyon Counties, Twin Falls / Twin Falls County, Idaho Falls / Bonneville County, Pocatello / Bannock County, Coeur d’Alene / Kootenai County, Lewiston / Nez Perce County, Moscow / Latah County, Rexburg / Madison County, Mountain Home / Elmore County. Additional coverage areas may also be available depending on location and demand.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Smartphone capable of running mobile applications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage assignments efficiently

Responsibilities
- Make diligent service attempts at varied times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends when necessary
- Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents via FedEx or email
- Complete required service attempts and accurately document each attempt
- Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
- Utilize ProVest’s mobile applications to upload photo evidence of addresses, submit detailed attempt notes, record service or non-service outcomes, and submit required documentation
