About The Position

ProVest is one of the nation’s largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Dickson County, TN. Applicants must reside in Tennessee, preferably near Dickson County. As a Private Process Server with ProVest, you will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions. Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job.

Requirements

• Live in or near the listed counties
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Comfortable using mobile technology
• Value accuracy, honesty, and professionalism
• Tennessee residency (near listed counties preferred)
• Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays
• Ability to complete 15–20 service attempts per day
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas
• Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
• Return completed documents
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times
• Visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off
