Collaborating closely with passionate, cross-functional leaders, you will influence strategic outcomes that directly boost the company’s bottom line while leveraging data-driven insights to champion data integrity, establish operational benchmarks, and ensure seamless execution across the enterprise. As the Principal Process Manager for Monthly Billing Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end configuration, validation, and freeze of recurring monthly billing processes within the Oracle Revenue Management Billing system. This critical role ensures accurate fee application across numerous monthly transactions, manages the monthly reconciliation close, and leads strategic initiatives to automate billing workflows, minimize revenue leakage, and maintain strict compliance with internal controls and external partner agreements.
