Collaborating closely with passionate, cross-functional leaders, you will influence strategic outcomes that directly boost the company’s bottom line while leveraging data-driven insights to champion data integrity, establish operational benchmarks, and ensure seamless execution across the enterprise. As the Process Manager for Incentive Operations, you will own the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of complex reward and rebate calculation workflows for both automated and manual incentives. This role sits at the intersection of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing high-volume transaction validation, mitigating payout leakage, and leading automation initiatives to transform manual data workflows into scalable, audit-ready operational processes.
