About The Position

The PULSE Network, an integral part of Capital One's financial services and banking network solutions, drives complex, customer-facing implementations, platform modernizations, and seamless onboarding initiatives across a highly regulated global space. To support this rapidly evolving ecosystem, we are seeking a Manager of Process Management to lead a high-performing team dedicated to designing, optimizing, and delivering flawless workflows that eliminate operational friction and scale business efficiency. Collaborating closely with passionate, cross-functional leaders, you will influence strategic outcomes that directly boost the company’s bottom line while leveraging data-driven insights to champion data integrity, establish operational benchmarks, and ensure seamless execution across the enterprise. As the Process Manager for Incentive Operations, you will own the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of complex reward and rebate calculation workflows for both automated and manual incentives. This role sits at the intersection of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing high-volume transaction validation, mitigating payout leakage, and leading automation initiatives to transform manual data workflows into scalable, audit-ready operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Process management

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree or MBA
  • Lean certification or Six Sigma certification

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design, execution, governance, and optimization of complex reward, volume-based incentive, and rebate calculation workflows for automated and manual incentives.
  • Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
  • Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department
  • Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
  • Managing and leading a team of associates
