Requirements

Associate's Degree (or equivalent combined education and experience)
3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to deliver clear direction, collaborate across functions, and provide constructive coaching feedback.
High degree of initiative, with the capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Highly organized with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and a proven track record of solving complex problems effectively.
Inspiring and influential natural leader who excels at motivating team members and reinforcing positive group values.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience leading teams or managing operational projects.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ideally SAP.

Responsibilities

Manage, balance, and delegate daily tasks to production employees and contractors to achieve scheduling goals and optimize line throughput.
Ensure all manufacturing processes are performed in a safe, healthy manner while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards (such as FDA and OSHA).
Provide dedicated hands-on line support, including material handling, product building, bulk solution formulation, and process auditing.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing lean practices, establishing standard work, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Monitor, review, and update operational procedures and work instructions to maintain exceptional quality and audit readiness.
Collect, populate, and trend key operational metrics to identify gaps, implement preventative measures, and support excellence initiatives.
Foster a collaborative team culture by facilitating shift handovers, guiding onboarding for new hires, and sharing best practices.
