As a Process Lead for Instruments, Reagents, and Formulation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing workflows to support our operational goals. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree (or equivalent combined education and experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to deliver clear direction, collaborate across functions, and provide constructive coaching feedback.
  • High degree of initiative, with the capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Highly organized with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and a proven track record of solving complex problems effectively.
  • Inspiring and influential natural leader who excels at motivating team members and reinforcing positive group values.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience leading teams or managing operational projects.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ideally SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, balance, and delegate daily tasks to production employees and contractors to achieve scheduling goals and optimize line throughput.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes are performed in a safe, healthy manner while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards (such as FDA and OSHA).
  • Provide dedicated hands-on line support, including material handling, product building, bulk solution formulation, and process auditing.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing lean practices, establishing standard work, and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Monitor, review, and update operational procedures and work instructions to maintain exceptional quality and audit readiness.
  • Collect, populate, and trend key operational metrics to identify gaps, implement preventative measures, and support excellence initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture by facilitating shift handovers, guiding onboarding for new hires, and sharing best practices.
