About The Position

As an Intel Mask Operations (IMO) Process Integration Development Engineer, you will join an energetic, diverse group of engineers developing new mask processes and sustaining existing process lines. You will collaborate with tool owners and modules to deliver high-quality mask process solutions with a goal to enable Intel Foundry to be a world class semiconductor manufacturing operation. As a Process Integration Development Engineer, you will: Develop and sustain cutting edge mask processes. Build correction models to improve mask CD uniformity. Collect, analyze and present data to process engineers to drive continuous process improvements. #cj

Requirements

  • US Citizenship required.
  • BS with 7 years experience or Masters or Ph.D. in an engineering/science discipline with 2+ years' experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain active US Government clearance.
  • Scripting in Python, or similar like C++

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years' experience in semiconductor processing.
  • Experience with of EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools, especially mask process correction (MPC) related flows.
  • Experience in semiconductor processing.

  • Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $133,800.00-255,200.00 USD
