About The Position
Commercial Sewing is looking for a Process Improvement Technician to support continuous improvement initiatives throughout our manufacturing operations. You'll work directly with production teams to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, eliminate waste, and support projects that increase efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Process improvement mindset
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience with Excel and production data
Nice To Haves
- Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma exposure a plus
Responsibilities
- Observe and evaluate manufacturing processes
- Conduct timing studies and workflow analysis
- Support Lean and continuous improvement projects
- Track production metrics and identify trends
- Help implement process changes and improvements
- Assist with root cause investigations
- Create process documentation and visual work instructions
- Work alongside supervisors and operators to improve performance
