Process Improvement Analyst
About The Position
Bcore is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to join their growing team supporting customer missions in Herndon, Virginia. This role is part of the Mission Services division, which combines enterprise IT, cloud solutions, DevSecOps, systems engineering, software development, and operational support. The company focuses on accelerating decisive advantage for warfighters and intelligence professionals by fusing human insight, rapid-fire engineering, precision-measured outcomes, and relentless grit into mission-ready solutions. The ideal candidate will be interested in building tailored technical solutions to modernize government missions and client businesses, changing how people work, and protecting national cyber interests.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with required polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in process analysis, benchmarking, program metrics, or management consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with the Sponsor's finance and/or contracts-related procedures is highly desirable
- Knowledge of OGFM performance metrics and corporate policy
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
