About The Position

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. As a program management specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to a Principal Program manager and provide recommendations for better communication and projection execution. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs and work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS project and regular interactions with schedulers, SMEs, , engineers and other key stakeholders. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with customer service, front office, management, or event management
  • Experience with project management support for DoD acquisition programs or with supporting DoD agencies
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office PowerPoint
  • Ability to build trust with the client and strong working relationships with onsite staff and remain in contact with leadership staff
  • Ability to transform complicated, technical information into concise, understandable communications such as PowerPoint or whitepapers
  • Ability to edit and perform quality control of documents including reports, presentations, and directives
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Communications or Data Link related programs to assist in stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with program integration
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
