About The Position
Lead clinical transformation initiatives for your assigned population to bridge the gap between current workflows and future-ready healthcare delivery. Design and deliver high-impact training solutions by collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex performance goals into actionable staff competencies. Drive continuous quality improvement by analyzing performance data and identifying trends that allow us to meet safety, efficiency, and strategic "best practice" standards. Champion the standardization of care by serving as a clinical expert on committees and councils, ensuring our interdisciplinary practice models are both compliant and patient-centered. Resolve operational roadblocks by tracking issues and refining electronic documentation processes to ensure the team can focus more on patients and less on paperwork.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
