About The Position

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a Process Improvement & Innovation Specialist to join their team. This role is a key contributor to operational process initiatives within the organization aimed at increasing efficiency. The Specialist will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement, establish objectives, develop strategies, and manage the rollout of new processes and technologies, including the thoughtful use of approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Through observation, analysis, data gathering, and industry knowledge, the Process Improvement Specialist leads efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and support staff during transitions using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, RPI, 5S, and Value Stream Analysis. This is a hybrid, full-time, exempt role with some work-from-home flexibility.

Requirements

• Two Years (2) Healthcare, Quality, or Process Improvement Experience Required
• Two Years (2) Analytics Experience Required
• Two Years (2) Experience in conducting outcome evaluation activities, defining cause & effect implications, and identifying improvement strategies required
• Is or will become familiar with regulatory requirements for inpatient, observation, and swing bed patients

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
