About The Position

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a Process Improvement & Innovation Specialist to join their team. This role is a key contributor to operational process initiatives within the organization, aimed at increasing efficiency. The specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, establish objectives, develop strategies, and manage the rollout of new processes and technologies, including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Utilizing observation, analysis, data gathering, and industry knowledge, this role leads efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and support staff during transitions using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, RPI, 5S, and Value Stream Analysis. The position is hybrid with some work-from-home flexibility, full-time, and exempt.

Requirements

• Two Years (2) Healthcare, Quality, or Process Improvement Experience Required
• Two Years (2) Analytics Experience Required
• Two Years (2) Experience in conducting outcome evaluation activities, defining cause & effect implications, and identifying improvement strategies required
• Is or will become familiar with regulatory requirements for inpatient, observation, and swing bed patients

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
