The Benefits Process & Training Specialist supports the Benefits Department by enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening process documentation, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across the Benefits department. This role is responsible for identifying, documenting and optimizing workflows, developing and maintaining SOPs and training materials, and supporting compliance and audit readiness. Serving as a key partner to Benefits leadership, this position ensures that all processes are accurate, standardized, and aligned with organizational goals while assisting with new-hire onboarding and maintaining centralized knowledge resources.
