Requirements

  • Minimum of three years related work experience with progressive responsibility required.
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Ability to obtain certification within 2 year period required.

Nice To Haves

  • Process improvement certification (i.e. McKinsey Lean training, Six Sigma certification) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Applies process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Concatenates process improvement data and uses key metrics to measure outcomes.
  • Supports process improvement initiatives from inception through implementation ensuring deadlines are met. Defines scope and requirements, establishes timeline, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.
  • Develops documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap/problem analyses.
  • Develops and manages effective working relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders.
  • Supports the development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures.
  • Coordinates follow-up meetings for project teams using process improvement tools to ensure work is completed and improvements are maintained. Supports the planning and implementation of quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Provides assistance for regulated and monitored activities.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
