Works collaboratively with business departments to support process improvement efforts by gathering information, identifying opportunities, and documenting business processes and procedures. Uses AI tools to review processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to enhance workflows. Assists in assessing training needs and helps communicate updates to new or revised processes. Develops and maintains documentation, including process flows, training materials, standard operating procedures, and project updates. Supports business initiatives by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and partners to help define processes and contribute to the development and delivery of products and services. Collaborates with other Business Analysts to gather information and support assigned projects and tasks.
