As part of the Marketing Process Improvement team, the Marketing Systems Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in driving the successful rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of standardized marketing processes and operational technology. This role focuses on execution and enablement, partnering closely with process design and MarTech teams to bring newly defined ways of working to life across Macy’s Inc. – which includes Macy’s, Bloomingdales, and Blue Mercury for marketing processes and operational technology. As an individual contributor, this role translates approved process designs into clear, actionable communications, training, and support experiences that ensure teams understand, adopt, and consistently apply new processes. The Specialist is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and user-focused—serving as a key bridge between process design and day-to-day execution.
