As a Builder on the Stack Forging Thermal Solutions team at Johnson Controls, you'll join a team of sleeve-rollers who set a high bar for themselves and their co-workers. As a Process Engineer Co-op, you will help to develop, optimize, and standardize processes for the Stack Forging process. Strong communication, flexibility, and the desire to “wear many hats'' will all be essential skills for any successful applicant. You are a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong technical background. You take pride in your work and want to increase operational efficiency anywhere you can. You thrive in cross-functional environments, effectively collaborating with both design engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement robust solutions.
