About The Position

Assist Engineering and Maintenance department in the troubleshooting and maintaining filling and packaging equipment. Learn the skills necessary to be a process engineer. The candidate will work on projects to assist the process engineers in filling and packaging. Assist the Engineering team on the onboarding and implementation of new equipment. Audit and analyze different processes to identify areas of continuous improvement opportunities. Aid in the execution of Engineering projects for product onboarding. Create and update documentation that governs the processes for the company. Support the Process Engineering team in real time equipment troubleshooting events. Acquire spare parts based on criticality and use to support equipment reliability. Create Engineering drawings in AutoCAD to be sent to external vendors for fabrication.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
• Ability to work on projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Experience with documentation creation and updating.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for creating engineering drawings.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the food or beverage industry.
• Understanding of process engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
