As a Process Engineering Co-Op, you'll gain real-world experience while contributing to meaningful projects that impact plant performance and operational success. Students will have opportunities to develop skills in process optimization and continuous improvement, manufacturing data analysis and reporting, root cause analysis and problem solving, process controls and quality systems, capital project support and execution, process safety and environmental compliance, cross-functional teamwork in a heavy industrial environment, and professional presentation and communication skills. The Process Engineering Co-Op supports Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams by helping improve manufacturing processes, plant performance, safety, and operational efficiency across MLC's facilities.
