Requirements

BS/MS degree in Engineering
0 - 5 years of relevant work experience
Ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams
Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with technicians and equipment
Willing to relocate during your career.

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies.
Manage the delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
Collaborate with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to develop optimal solutions.
Create learning programs and coach and train technicians.
Develop and improve standards to achieve production line performance targets.
Understand and work with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment.
Support daily activities of the production line and/or processing areas.
Build long-term capability into their area, systems, and technicians.
