About The Position

The Process Engineer works in the EBPVD department at Linde Advanced Material Technologies in Ellisville, Mississippi, managing Engineering Technician(s) and supporting projects and process improvements. The role includes completing assigned project phases within budget and schedule constraints, designing and modifying tooling and fixturing for new product introductions and existing processes, and documenting and communicating project progress and results. The engineer must also influence colleagues who do not report directly to the position to help achieve organizational goals. Employees are expected to follow Linde’s Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Applicants considered for the position must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise classifiable as a U.S. person under relevant export-control regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, materials, or chemical engineering and 4+ years of related experience in thermal barrier coating operations or processes/equipment typically used in a coatings-manufacturing environment, or 12+ years of related experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a hands-on environment.
Self-starter able to manage projects with minimal supervision.
Personal computer proficiency, business administration know-how, and working knowledge of quality control systems.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident (green card holder), or otherwise classifiable as a U.S. person under relevant export-control regulations.
