Requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a complex technical environment
- Strong communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Good command of computer tools and technical data analysis
- Experience in chemical processes or surface treatment
- Experience in a cleanroom environment or specialized equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of quality methods, statistical control, or data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline and at least two years of relevant experience, including internships
Responsibilities
- Ensure the operation, monitoring, and optimization of chemical process equipment in a cleanroom.
- Ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of surface treatment equipment.
- Plan and coordinate technical interventions with support teams.
- Collaborate with production teams to plan and execute manufacturing activities.
- Develop, improve, and document chemical processes and manufacturing recipes.
- Conduct tests, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Lead projects aimed at continuous improvement of processes and equipment.
- Ensure the updating of technical documentation and the monitoring of equipment qualifications.
- Participate in health, safety, and environmental risk analyses.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and their transfer to production.
