Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a Process Engineering Intern for summer 2027. Overtime is available as needed. Responsible for assessing manufacturing processes to identify methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness of site operations.

Requirements

Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering Emphasis.
Predominant focus in troubleshooting, problem solving and continuous improvement
Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

Assists in the development of new or modified process formulations
Defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications
Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of product line.
Assists in handling production support engineering after transfer from design to high volume production.
Will complete end of year project presentation.
