About The Position

The Process Engineer II designs, develops, implements, improves, and documents wire and cable manufacturing processes to safely produce quality products. This hands-on position combines technical aptitude and practical mechanical expertise with floor-level troubleshooting. The role supports manufacturing processes and equipment, improves operations, trains employees, and serves as a technical liaison to customers and suppliers, with occasional travel. The work takes place in an indoor manufacturing facility where personal protective equipment is mandatory. Employees may work around moving and heated equipment, moderate noise, and occasionally extreme temperatures. The role may require working near equipment that generates electromagnetic fields, which can affect certain implanted medical devices.
