Process Engineer II

Creation Technologies•Denver, CO

About The Position

The Process Engineer II turns engineering concepts into reliable, scalable manufacturing solutions for circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and box-build products. This intermediate-level role works hands-on with equipment, tooling, materials, and cross-functional teams to launch and optimize processes, troubleshoot technical issues, validate new technologies, and improve quality, yield, cost, and productivity. The engineer executes process engineering work with support from Process Engineering management, contributes to high-impact projects, guides developing technical talent, and supports PCBA and box-build production. The role covers process readiness, manufacturing equipment and tooling, process documentation, technical troubleshooting, product repair, and compliance with quality and safety standards. It includes supporting and validating process changes and new technologies; performing Design for Manufacture, Assembly, and Test activities; monitoring KPIs; driving continuous improvement; and contributing to the site's CapEx roadmap. The position collaborates with customers, internal business functions, and third-party partners, and provides technical training and guidance as needed. The work environment is generally clean, but may involve occasional exposure to dust, metals or solder, high noise levels from operating machines, and physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. Designated PPE and/or electrostatic dissipative protection is required where applicable. The employee regularly sits, uses hands, stands, walks, and reaches; occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls; and regularly lifts or moves up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds. The anticipated starting pay is $104,000–$115,000 per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits; available programs may vary by hire date, schedule type, and hours worked.
