About The Position

The Process Engineer II serves as a frontline technical leader within the Hillsboro plant, responsible for ensuring stable, safe, and efficient operation of a major process unit generating $50MM–$200MM in annual revenue. This role is embedded in daily plant operations, working closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to maintain the process at target conditions for throughput, raw material utilization, energy efficiency, and product specifications. To support reliable operations, the Process Engineer II establishes and maintains robust systems for data collection, performance monitoring, and routine auditing, enabling rapid identification of process deviations and equipment issues.
