The Process Engineer I will support manufacturing operations within the PDBF (Polymer Development and Bulk Fabrication) organization at Medtronic's North Haven, CT site, including a chemical manufacturing environment focused on the production of polymer-based materials used in suture manufacturing. In this role, you will partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Engineering teams to support the day-to-day performance of manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements. As an early-career engineer, you will gain hands-on experience supporting process development, equipment implementation, troubleshooting, validation, and new product introduction activities within a highly collaborative manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced engineering professionals while building technical expertise in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and medical device production that ultimately supports life-changing therapies for patients around the world.
