About The Position

Under immediate supervision, this role performs a variety of routine clerical and administrative tasks that support specific workflows and business processes. The position is responsible for executing portions of assigned business processes and ensuring the accurate processing of information, documents, and materials. Work requires knowledge of the assigned functional area, as well as applicable department and company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining comprehensive records and files; preparing standard reports, charts, and other documentation; compiling data from multiple sources; contacting internal departments to obtain information and resolve routine discrepancies; and performing calculations requiring accuracy and attention to detail. The role makes minor corrections, codes and processes documents, maintains records of completed transactions, and notifies appropriate departments of missing or inaccurate information. The incumbent utilizes computer systems and related technologies to record, store, retrieve, and manage information. Regular and special reports are compiled using established formats, procedures, and reporting requirements. Additional responsibilities include supporting annual regulatory reporting requirements and processing miscellaneous invoices on behalf of Dominion Energy's Broadband team. The position performs highly structured clerical and administrative duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple activities and resources.

  • Process Assistant I: 0-2 years of exp.
  • Process Assistant II: 2+ years of exp.
  • Process Assistant III: 5+ years of exp.
