Process Analyst

Alpha Inc
Onsite

About The Position

Alpha Inc. is looking for a Process Analyst who can walk into the middle of operational complexity, see the pattern, cut through the noise, and build a better way forward. This is not a “make pretty flowcharts and disappear” role. This is for the person who can sit with field leaders, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, understand how the work actually gets done, and turn pain points into cleaner systems, sharper workflows, stronger reporting, and measurable performance gains. You’ll analyze the way Alpha moves — across operations, teams, tools, handoffs, bottlenecks, data, and documentation — then help build the processes that make us faster, tighter, safer, and more scalable. If you’re equal parts analyst, builder, problem-solver, and operational translator — and you care about helping great teams do great work with less friction — this might be your lane.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, operations support, business analysis, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience documenting workflows, SOPs, process maps, and future-state procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create practical reports, dashboards, tracking tools, and KPI summaries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and follow-through.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, competing priorities, and teams with different operating styles.
  • Completion of standard pre-employment screening.
  • Successful completion of a background check conducted after a conditional offer; any prior issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis consistent with Hawaiʻi and federal law.
  • Passing a drug test (for both full-time and part-time hires) conducted in line with Hawaiʻi statutory requirements.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; we are unable to sponsor employment visas. Employment eligibility will be verified upon hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in construction, infrastructure, field operations, energy, industrial services, or another operationally complex environment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing operational workflows, systems, handoffs, and practices to identify inefficiencies, gaps, duplication, waste, and breakdown points.
  • Develop and support process improvement strategies that align with Alpha’s company goals, growth plans, and performance expectations.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes using SOPs, process maps, flowcharts, and other practical tools that teams can actually use.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership, field teams, project stakeholders, and support departments to gather input, understand pain points, test new procedures, and drive adoption.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools that show whether process improvements are working.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to support performance improvement initiatives and help leaders make better decisions with better information.
  • Support the implementation of digital tools, systems, or automation solutions that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement meetings, workshops, and working sessions with key team members.
  • Maintain process documentation and make sure updates are communicated, accessible, and usable by the people who need them.
  • Ensure processes support Alpha’s values of quality, unity, growth, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
