About The Position
SFS is seeking a Business Process Analyst to provide support to the National Guard Bureau. This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. The Business Process Analyst will evaluate and improve workflows, systems, and processes supporting mission operations.
Requirements
- Experience in business or process analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience documenting workflows and procedures
- Bachelor Degree in Business Discipline required
- Active Secret Clearance or higher required
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a Military environment is preferred
- Familiarity with government systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
- Develop and document SOPs and process improvements
- Support system integration and process optimization
- Provide recommendations to leadership
