Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead procedure development; resolve regulatory conflicts; mentor junior writers; validate compliance.
  • Leads complex procedural design and compliance alignment across C&SCM domains. Drives Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedural transformation ensuring FAR — Federal Acquisition Regulation, DEAR — Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation, and NSA — National Nuclear Security Administration alignment, and enterprise integration.
  • Lead/execute analysis of contracts and regulations; develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s, process maps, and templates; support training; ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Supports 5-year Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment engagement; hybrid delivery with possible onsite badging; supports ~360 personnel.
  • Contributes to acquisition lifecycle flowcharts, compliance updates, and procedural sustainment.
