Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year Physician Office experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule office visits and diagnostic tests tailored to each physician’s specialty and practice location using phone communication and the MyChart electronic medical record system.
- Manage and maintain the scheduling system across multiple office locations, ensuring accurate appointment placement based on visit type and patient needs.
- Verify patient demographic and medical information to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date prior to appointments.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with patients to promote continuity of care and support efficient clinic operations.
