About The Position

Join the production crew in Ashland and help ensure the facility meets safety, quality, and productivity standards. Inspect and pack tubes, set up and operate the probe assembly station and supporting equipment according to product specifications and schedule, and apply raw tubes to probe caps by hand while maintaining alignment with quality specifications. Accurately count, secure, label, and palletize boxes of completed products. Coordinate with material handlers to move finished products and unused materials to the warehouse drop area. Maintain quality standards, report suspect or defective products to the Shift Leader, complete documentation accurately, and train new team members in evaluating and packing tubes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Pallet jack or tow motor experience.
• Pallet jack or tow motor certification.
• RF scanner experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Oracle/WMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Apply raw tubes to probe caps by hand, ensuring alignment with quality specifications.
• Ensure accurate box counts, secure boxes, apply correct product labels, and place completed products on pallets.
• Coordinate with material handlers to move finished products or unused materials to the warehouse drop area.
• Maintain quality standards and report suspect or defective products to the Shift Leader.
• Complete all documentation accurately.
• Train new team members in the proper evaluation and packing of tubes.
