About The Position

Flex-N-Gate is seeking an Assembly Operator for its second shift. The role involves loading components into machines or onto conveyor systems, completing production and inspection reports, conducting hourly inspections, packing finished products, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. The position works a straight eight-hour shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a paid lunch.

Requirements

High attention to detail.
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Basic math skills, including working with percentages and fractions.
Ability to use and understand quality gauges and quality fixtures.
Ability to work in a factory environment, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Preferably one year of previous manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Load components into machines or onto conveyor systems.
Complete production and inspection reports as required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Inspect parts hourly.
Pack finished products into various totes or bins.
