The Pro Bono Manager manages the day-to-day operations of Children’s Law Center’s Pro Bono Program under the direction of the Pro Bono Director. This attorney position oversees pro bono case placement, volunteer attorney engagement, training and mentoring systems, data management, and program administration to support effective delivery of pro bono services across CLC’s programs. The Pro Bono Manager supervises the Pro Bono Paralegal and Legal Assistant and works closely with the Pro Bono Director, legal program staff, Development, Communications, Evaluation & Learning, and Training teams to strengthen volunteer support, improve program systems, and expand access to high-quality representation for children and families. The Pro Bono Manager supports implementation of CLC’s pro bono strategy, working under the direction of the Pro Bono Director, who leads the organization’s pro bono strategy, growth, partnerships, and innovation. The Pro Bono Manager helps maintain strong relationships with volunteers, law firms, corporations, government agencies, and other partners, including by supporting partner communications, presentations, and recruitment events.
