About The Position

We are a nonprofit law firm providing free civil legal advice, representation, and education to disadvantaged individuals in Collier County. Our team of 30+ employees is dedicated to helping vulnerable community members regain control of their lives and build a brighter future. Through education, litigation, and collaboration, we work to expand access to justice, identify community needs, and challenge systems that negatively impact underserved and marginalized populations.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar or a law graduate.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and self-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with low-income communities.
• Background in volunteer and event management.
• Experience with data input and reporting.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish and/or Creole language skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Recruit pro bono attorneys by building relationships with local bar associations, law offices, and corporate counsel.
• Identify and connect clients in need through partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups.
• Develop and distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, mailings).
• Travel throughout Collier County to recruit attorneys and engage community resources.
• Assign cases to pro bono attorneys and provide necessary documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with attorneys and clients.
• Assist with resource development and prepare grant reports.
• Work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
