Looking for a meaningful job where you can make a difference and stay busy? Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a PRN Treatment Support Technician for our REST program in Ohioville, PA. You’ll be a key part of the treatment team — helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal. No two days are the same, and you’ll never just be “watching the clock.” You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision).
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
