About The Position
Still Hopes is a premier continuing care retirement community seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join their caring, progressive team. This position has a significant impact on residents' lives and the community's culture. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for leading the Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living neighborhoods. This role involves caring for residents and working alongside CNAs on weekends, primarily in skilled nursing, but with availability for all neighborhoods (assisted living, rehabilitation, and memory care). Requirements
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in a hospital and/or nursing care facility.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living neighborhoods.
- Caring for residents while working alongside several CNAs on the weekends.
- Primarily working in skilled nursing but available for CNAs and patients in all neighborhoods (assisted living, rehabilitation, and memory care).
