About The Position

The Evening Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) at Rosegate Village is responsible for supervising licensed nurses and other nursing personnel during their assigned shift. This role involves managing the delivery of care in accordance with the company's philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all federal and state laws and regulations.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Management experience or willingness and desire to learn proper approaches to managing staff.
