About The Position

Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit faith based retirement community with a 36 Year Track Record of Excellence. We are currently seeking hospitality minded RN’s or LPN’s to work in our Rehab or Skilled unit (12 hour shifts). RGV reimburses the fee for your RN/LPN license & CPR. IV certification offered as well as other certifications. RGV has no trach or TPN residents. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents.

Requirements

• Valid RN/LPN license
• CPR card
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a drug screen
• Must pass a physical

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls as indicated.
• Make the environment at RGV warm and inviting for residents and their family.
• Strong leadership skills where they lead by example, guide their aides to do their best and make RGV feel like home for each resident.
• Provide care that is a step above the rest for each resident.
