About The Position

This position provides support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues. The role involves establishing open lines of communication, implementing and enforcing house rules, transporting clients, supervising clients on outings, facilitating groups, maintaining facility cleanliness, and ensuring necessary documentation is complete. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License in good standing.
• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must be able to climb up and down stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+lbs.
• High school or equivalent (Required)

Nice To Haves

• DPS fingerprint clearance card (preferred- will be required to obtain)
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred- will be required to obtain)
• Current TB test (will be required to obtain)
• Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
