Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of full-time behavioral health experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have fingerprint clearance card pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-411 or ability to apply for one within 20 working days of employment.
  • The ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Training and certification.
  • Must have a copy of their identification showing proof of age.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates showcasing long-term sobriety.
  • A degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborative team huddle, discussing client needs and daily goals.
  • Interact directly with clients, providing compassionate care and facilitating activities that promote recovery.
  • Encourage and motivate individuals as they navigate their challenges while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Documenting client progress and contributing to care plans.
  • Problem-solve with your team, brainstorming creative approaches to enhance care.
  • Assist in assessments, treatment plans, individual and group counseling, and discharge planning.
  • Engage with documentation tools and follow established protocols.
  • Assisted Self-administration of medication in the absence of a registered nurse.
  • Attend clinical oversight and training sessions each month.
