Requirements

Minimum of one year of full-time behavioral health experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have fingerprint clearance card pursuant to A.R.S. § 36-411 or ability to apply for one within 20 working days of employment.
The ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Training and certification.
Must have a copy of their identification showing proof of age.

Responsibilities

Collaborative team huddle, discussing client needs and daily goals.
Interact directly with clients, providing compassionate care and facilitating activities that promote recovery.
Encourage and motivate individuals as they navigate their challenges while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Documenting client progress and contributing to care plans.
Problem-solve with your team, brainstorming creative approaches to enhance care.
Assist in assessments, treatment plans, individual and group counseling, and discharge planning.
Engage with documentation tools and follow established protocols.
Assisted Self-administration of medication in the absence of a registered nurse.
Attend clinical oversight and training sessions each month.
