About The Position

We are currently seeking a full-time Private Practice Dentist to join our client. As a Private Practice Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients in a private practice setting. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and build strong relationships with your patients. This is a solo dentist opportunity in a FFS/PPO practice with 6 operatories. There is lots of opportunity for growth, and the practice is open to a partnership. Implant skills would be great, but not needed, as mentoring for implants can be arranged.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active state dental license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a private practice setting
Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills

Responsibilities

Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
Develop treatment plans and communicate them effectively to patients
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
Keep up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA regulations
