About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our private practice client on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a dynamic and growing dental practice. This is a FFS/PPO opportunity that is based on production %. Compensation is open to discussion based on experience. 11 operatory practice. This practice is closed on Wednesdays. Experience with surgical extractions, molar endo and implant placement.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active state dental license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing professional development

Nice To Haves

Experience with surgical extractions
Experience with molar endo
Experience with implant placement

Responsibilities

Conduct routine dental exams, diagnose and treat oral health issues
Develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive dental care to patients
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses as required
Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety standards
